This is what I'm calling the unofficial book-addendum page; in other words, this is where I will be sharing all the thoughts I've had - that I continue to have - past the point of Refund Please being written and published.

With that, let me officially welcome you to my blog: Refund Processing.

Why that name?  Well, in Refund Please I outline a model for the phases through which I progressed as a survivor of domestic violence, with the last phase having been Discovery.  No matter the amount of time that has passed since getting out of the abusive relationship, I continue to discover a multitude of things about myself - my patterns, my expectations of others, my belief system and how I show up in the world.

Basically, the never-ending mental health journey that results from a relationship that falls anywhere on the spectrum of unhealthy-abusive dynamics very much feels like a refund waiting to be fully processed.​  Hence, Refund Processing.
